SIGNIFICANT DELAYS TO OVERSEAS POST
Please allow up to 2 months for delivery to countries outside of the UK from the time of your despatch email (Not the order confirmation email). Following on from the Royal Mail cyber attacks parcels overseas are taking significantly longer than usual and the tracking system is not updating itself. I would urge you to seek cards needed for occasions in the immediate future elsewhere. I am SO sorry for any inconvenience, my most loyal customers are overseas so this delay absolutely breaks my heart.
Shipping & Returns
Here’s all the information you’ll need for shipping and returns, every effort will be made to send out your order as soon as possible however to reduce pressure, burnout and overwhelm I’ve reduced my guaranteed postage days to just one a week. WEDNESDAY! I hope you understand, if you need an item in a hurry please message me! I will do everything in my power to get it to you on time. Current Dispatch Times
I will do my upmost to post your order as quickly as I can, I aim for a maximum packing and processing time of 5 working days but often I manage this quicker depending on what curve balls life has for me. (Usually a toddler with a tummy bug) If you wish for your order to be sent sooner please contact me and I will do my upmost to fulfil this for you.
Shipping Costs
Second class postage is free to the UK for orders over the value of £35. First class and overseas orders will be chargeable. Postage is calculated at checkout. Every effort will be made to ensure overseas orders are sent asap to reduce shipping time but this is subject to my schedule at the time.
Returns & Refunds
All pre-made items bought from my online shop may be returned within 15 days. On their receipt back to me a full refund will be issued minus shipping costs. The buyer will be responsible for returning items in their original condition as well as return shipping costs. Made to order products such as watercolour pet portraits are non returnable as they have been made especially for you.
Faulty, Poor Quality Or Damaged Goods
Everything is handmade by me and I will always try my upmost to send out items of only the highest quality, however if you do receive an item which you are unsatisfied with then please get in touch and I can issue you a replacement or a refund minus shipping costs.
If something happens to your package upon delivery and your purchase arrives damaged, please contact me prior to leaving feedback so that we can arrange a replacement or refund. Photographic evidence of the damage caused on delivery may be required.
Customs Charges
Items that are shipped outside of the UK may incur additional fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, or customs charges. Since I cannot predict or calculate these charges, the buyer is responsible for their payment should they occur. Returns will not be accepted due to customs fees.
